Check-in
Check in times are between 12.30 and 21.00.
Check in outside of the above times can be arranged but must be arranged in advance by telephoning 02920 340882 or email.
For your convenience luggage can be left and stored securely.
Please also inform us of an expected time of arrival no later than a day before you are due to arrive.
Cancellations
Changes and cancellations to bookings made up to 2 days before the arrival date/time are without charge. Thereafter the deposit may be charged. The total value of the booking will be charged if changes/cancellations are made with less than 48 hours notice
Credit Cards
Credit card details are required for al bookings to hold the room.
Balance of payment is required on checking in/out and we accept most major credit/debit cards.
(We do not accept American Express or Diners club)
Checking Out
Guests must check out by 10.30 unless prior arranged, although luggage can be left and picked up later if necessary. Please let us know if you wish to use this facility.

Non-Smoking Policy
Smoking is not permitted anywhere in the building.
Failure to observe this policy will result in you being asked to leave and an additional £100 will be charged for specialist cleaning.
Car Parking
We are unable to offer parking, however on street parking is available, without restrictions in the immediate area.
Animals
Assistance dogs are accepted unconditionally, but we regret that no other pets are allowed
